To access the Webmail feature on Todhost server, there are two routes that can be taken which generally applies to every web hosting environment using the cPanel framework. We will look at these two routes in some detail using a step-by-step approach:
From within Cpanel:
1. Login to Cpanel by going to http://www.yourdomain.com/cpanel (replace www.yourdomain.com with your actual domain name). You will be be promted to authenticate with your username and password. Your login details to control panel should have been contained in the account welcome email or "new account information" you received when your web hosting account was created. Once you successfully login, then proceed to the next step. If you are unable to find the information, you can always rest your cPanel password from the Todhost client area.
2. Click on the "email" icon. This will display a list of all the emails you have setup on your account. In this window, you can also create new emails if you wish.
3. At the extreme right, you will find the "more" button. Click on it and click "access webmail". This takes you to where you choose the options with which you will access your emails. You have the Horde and Roundcube Squirrel mail has been depreciated on latest cPanel servers and is no longer supported on Todhost. Horde is recommended by us. Anyone of them will lead you to your email list. You will see also, options to create emails, thrash and so on.

How to configure Email Client
From Outside of Cpanel:
1. Goto http://www.yourdomain.com/webmail (replace www.yourdomain.com with your actual domain name).
2. Login using your username and password. Your username will have to be typed in full, like this, for example: info@todhost.com
3. Click on Horde or any of the email checking options - Roundcube.

Webmail clients
If you login to your webmail through the Webmail icon on your cPanel main page, you will be logged in with the default system email account.
Important Please do not use the default email account, because very often emails send from the system email accounts are going to the Junk folders.
In order to use your email you have to create another email account like yourname@yourdomainname.com
To login to one of your e-mail accounts from your cPanel, you should go to Email Accounts and then click the more button and then you click the "Access Webmail" link next to the account you wish to access. The recent cPanel upgrades do not reqquire password authentication to login to webmail when you access through the account control panel.

You can easily send email messages through the webmail client you have chosen. Just find the New message button in Horde, the Compose button in Squirrelmail or the Create a New Message button in RoundCube and you will be able to start writing your message.
Important Make sure to SAVE your message if it is too long or you want to write it for a longer period of time. The web mail program may drop the connection and you might lose your email.How to check email configuration settings in cPanel
How to check email configuration settings in cPanel
To check email configuration settings in cPanel, you can follow these steps.
You will first need to login to cPanel using your login username and password. Once you have successfully logged in to cPanel, you can proceed with the next steps.
Locate the Mail section and click on Email Accounts.
From the list of email accounts locate the email account you require the server settings for. By the etreme right, you will find a drop down labeled "More". Click on that drom down and from the drop down menu, clickk "Configure Email Client".
You will be presented with links to automatically configure the Apple Mac Mail.app, along with Manual Settings for other email clients.
The information under the heading Manual Settings is the information you require to configure your email client, You may be required to enter a password to access the information contained in your email settings. If you have forgotten this return to the previous screen to change the password Latest cPanel control panel does not require those login information when you access email from cPanel. Login authentication is usually required when you access email with webmail. That is yourdomain.com/webmail

How to reset your email password
There are three ways you can reset the password of your email account. The mail referred to in this case is the email on your web hosting account. Something like yourname@yourdomain name.com.
Option 1
Reset your email password from client area
1. Visit www.todhost.com
2. Click on the client area icon. This will be found at the top right corner on the Todhost website.
3. Authenticate your membership by entering your email address and password. Note that the email address and password used for authentication is the one you entered when you were creating your account on Todhost and not the one for which you are trying to reset password for.
4. Once logged in, locate the header which reads: Your Active Products/Services. If ou do not find the domain under which you created the email whose password you want to change, then click the “view all” button and all your services will be displayed.
5. Click on the status of the domain to view details pertaining to the domain.
6. Scroll down to the “Quick Shortcuts” section and click on email accounts. You will be automatically directed to the email section in cPanel where all created emails on your account will be displayed.
7. Locate the relevant email and click on the “change password” link. Follow the guideline on strong password to reset our password. Remember that your password has to have at least one capital and special character included and should be at least 10 digits.
8. Save your changes by clicking the change password button at the bottom once you are done.
Option 2
Reset your password directly with the webmail link. Note: This works when you know the password and you want to change it.
1. Logon to your webmail link. Something like www.yourdomain.com/webmail
2. Authenticate by entering the email address and password as appropriate.
3. Click on the password link and proceed to change the password. Once you are done, save your changes by clicking on the change password button.
Option 3
Reset from your website control panel
1. Logon to yourdomain.com/cpanel
2. Authenticate by entering the requested information – the username and password of your website. This will usually be contained in the “New Account Information” of sent to you on account creation.
3. Once you are authenticated, click on email accounts under the email section in control panel. That will display a list of all the emails you have within your website.
4. Proceed to reset your account password by clicking on password.
5. Once you are done with the new password, click the change password button to save.

Logging in to Round Cube Email
First, access the webmail login page. This can be done by via any web browser. The exact URL will differ depending on your domain name, but it will always be one of two formats, either example.com/webmail or webmail.example.com. The example.com portion of the URL will be replaced with your own domain name, of course. Enter the URL and click Enter.
This will bring you to the webmail login area, you will log in with your email address and its password. Once you have entered the correct information, click on the Login button.
This brings you to the initial screen with all three email clients to choose from. From here, click on the RoundCube logo to enter that email client.
Logging into Horde Mail
Start by logging into your webmail. You can get to the webmail login by using the format your-website-.com/webmail in your browser's address bar. Be sure to replace your-website.com with your own domain name.
Click on the Horde Mail option from the selection of interfaces.
Once you have logged into the Horde Mail interface you will be brought to your Inbox. Fron there you can manage your emails as desired.
How to Access Email Using Squirrel Mail (Note: Squirrel mail has been depreciated on latest cPanel servers and no longer supported on Todhost cPanel accounts)
SquirrelMail is one of the three webmail interfaces that are offered within your cPanel. This article will guide you on how to log into the SquirrelMail interface and what you should expect to see your first time.
Logging into SquirrelMail
Start by logging into your webmail. You can get to the webmail login by using the format your-website-.com/webmail in your browser's address bar. Be sure to replace your-website.com with your own domain name.
Click on the SquirrelMail option from the selection of interfaces.
The first time you sign into SquirrelMail you will be asked to enter some additional information. Enter what you wish and then click on any of the Submit buttons to save.
Once you have logged into the SquirrelMail interface you will be brought to your Inbox. Fron there you can manage your emails as desired.
